Wholesale Partnerships
Our supply comes from established Japanese distributors, where our allocation is earned over time and strictly limited. For this reason we keep our partner list small and deliberately do not publish pricing or open accounts on request. We do, however, review new partners periodically, and we would be glad to consider your store.
How to apply
To begin the review, please reply with the following:
- Legal business name and DBA (if different)
- Business address and website or storefront URL
- State resale certificate and EIN
- Years in operation
- Estimated monthly purchasing budget
- Product categories of interest
- Brick-and-mortar, online, or both
- Which marketplaces or platforms you currently sell on
How we work
- No public price list. You tell us the products and quantities you want, and we quote a single all-in JPY price for your order — goods, international freight, and US import duty combined — valid for 7 days. Every quotation is built individually for your order and destination.
- Payment is 100% in advance. We do not offer credit terms or consignment.
- No fixed minimum per order. However, wholesale accounts are intended for partners who purchase approximately USD 3,000 or more per month.
- Invoiced in Japanese yen, delivered duty paid. We handle US customs entry and import duties, so you receive no separate duty invoice from the carrier.
- Fast dispatch. Orders ship by FedEx within two business days of cleared payment, with transit to most US destinations of two to five business days.
- Sealed product is non-returnable.
- Allocation-based. Quantities are allocated per order rather than held as open stock. Partners who order consistently receive priority on scarce allocations over time.
